Smart Refill’s solution is built from the ground up to meet the needs of the TelCo’s and their users. In the implementation, the solution gets connected to the existing system of the TelCo and adapted to their business model. For Telenor, this has for example resulted in multilanguage support for their B2C users and introducing the feature “Flexy” for their B2B users. Flexy enables the users to easily top-up their company mobile plan with extra data. Great flexibility for the user, and increased revenue per user for Telenor!
